2. Description of Service
GovTyping provides typing tests, exam preparation simulations, typing metrics analytics, diagnostics, and subscription courses tailored for aspirants preparing for government typing examinations. We reserve the right to modify or terminate features of our platform at any time without notice.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services solely for personal, non-commercial practice. You agree NOT to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or custom keystroke-injectors to simulate typing.
- Tamper with performance request bodies or falsify speed and accuracy metrics sent to our API.
- Attempt to disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the leaderboard and backend services.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to advanced diagnostics or premium mock courses may require purchase. All payments are securely processed by third-party gateways. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis or one-time fee as specified, and refunds are subject to our refund policy rules.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
GovTyping is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the practice tests perfectly replicate all exam conditions. Under no circumstances will GovTyping be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, or your failure to pass actual government examinations.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
